​Why blog? Why now? Well, I'm coming up to my fiftieth year on this earth and have a lot to say, too many people to tell it to, and too many places (including my brain and two separate journals) that store this information. I also want to share my struggles and life with whoever cares to know. I find it easier to type my thoughts than hand write them. Also, I can get more information across more efficiently, effectively and in an organized fashion. What possessed me to start this blog? I am currently a full-time caregiver to my dad, who is a Vietnam war veteran. This was not my career path and it's been very challenging. Prior to this, I've worked in an office environment for many many years. I've been a single parent to three children, pretty much for over 29 years now. I have been single as a lonely pringle for over 10 years. And... I'm about to turn 50 years old within the next 6 months. So.. without further ado... welcome to my world. Thank you for being here.
